Patient Journey
Obtain a Referral from any registered New Zealand health practitioner. We accept referrals for any radiology provider; please keep a copy of your referral if possible.
Book your Appointment online, by calling 04 9788600, or walk-in for X-rays. Scans are fully funded if Community or Outsourced or ACC High-tech. ACC low-tech (XR and US) incur a $45 co-payment. Patients not covered will recieve a quote at time of booking for payment and potential reimbursement from insurance.
Complete your Imaging by arriving on time. Payment via EFTPOS, card, cash, or internet banking is required at Reception at the time of your appointment.
Access your Images immediately through our free Patient Portal. To use this service, please register your email with Reception when you arrive for your imaging.
Detailed Written Reports are sent to your referring practitioner within days. Your doctor will contact you to discuss results if required; reports appear on your Portal 10 days after imaging.

ACC may accept or decline your referral for Radiology imaging, we will inform you of both situations once confirmed, but cannot complete the imaging before confirmation.
